Pathways to Partnership (P2P)

P2P builds a person-centered framework for monitoring and improving your consumers' experience and lays the critical foundation for making consumer partnership an enduring part of your organization's culture.

 

Through a series of interviews and workshops, staff from all levels and disciplines within your organization are engaged in consumer journey mapping to document the many ways your consumers interact with or make decisions about your organization. Our unique approach provides a concrete, consumer­-validated visualization of your consumers' experience, identifying "moments that matter" and current "pain points." What emerges is a well-defined roadmap of your consumers' end-to-end journey, identifying and prioritizing immediate opportunities for measurement and improvement.
