Voices in Partnership (VIP)

To understand the lived experience of consumers with complex needs and integrate their insights into core business models, organizations must build and maintain consumer participation infrastructure. As a first step in this process, we will work with you and develop a clear understanding of your organization's current levels of consumer participation (and the techniques your organization uses) to design, implement, and evaluate its products, services, governance structures, and operational models.

Drawing on our extensive experience at Commonwealth Care Alliance ,  we work with you to design and implement key elements of your program:

  • Building the infrastructure to recruit, train, and engage candidates for your VIP Panels

  • Selecting and organizing the various types of VIP venues you may want to execute, including:

            o  Co-Design Workshops

            o  Focus Groups

            o  One-to-One Interviews

            o  Advisory Councils
